All orders are processed within 1β3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has shipped, complete with tracking information.

We want to make pet care as simple and affordable as possible.

3. Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the status. You can track your order directly through the link provided in that email.

If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please reach out to us at nbarico09@icloud.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly to ensure they arrive at your door on time, so we may be unable to make changes once an order has left our facility.
